SHIPPING INFO

We are very keen in having our customers receiving their order as quickly as possible. You will receive your package in 6 to 17 business days from the date that it is placed.

VERIFICATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.

Shipping to India

For small parcels inside India we are utilizing the normal post for a delivery time of around 8 working days, cost is 200 Inr

For small parcels inside India we are utilizing a courier for a delivery of 3 to max 5 working days. Cost is 400 inr

Shipping to Europe

For parcels to Europe, Uk, USA, Canada, Japan we utilize a courier service which will provide you with a tracking number two days after the parcel has left our company. You will be able to track your parcel. Delivery time is of around 8 to 10 working days.

Cost for the first 500 grams is 1850 Inr plus 350 Inr for each extra 500 grams.

For parcels to Sweden and Finnland cost for the first 500 grams is 2200 Inr plus 350 Inr for each 500 grams extra

For parcels to Russia, Israel, South America and Indonesia we are using the post.

We can utilize the normal post or the speed post for urgent deliveries .

Shipping time is estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Please submit a ticket within 45 days of shipment if your packet does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry and vary based on the destination country and the product imported. You will need to pay the applicable tax duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency ( DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.
